T-Shirt Sizes. Below are guidelines only:

XL - Extra Large - For a large man.

L - Large - For an average sized man.

M - Medium - For a smaller man or woman who likes loose t-shirts.

S - Small - For a small man or an average sized woman.

YL - Youth Large - For a smaller woman or a teenager.

YM - Youth Medium - For a small woman or a teenager.

 

Hours of Operation:

FALLZ online store is open every day, 24 hours, 365 days a year.

Guarantee:

We guarantee that the items we sell are high quality and will be delivered to you in a timely manner. Should there ever be a problem with your order we will contact you immediately and provide you with a satisfactory solution.

Customer Service Policy:

FALLZ are committed to total customer satisfaction. If you ever have any issues or questions we are here to help. This is the Official FALLZ Store and is currently the ONLY place you can purchase FALLZ EP and merchandise. We are committed to our fans total satisfaction.

USA/Canada vs. Europe Store:

The only difference between the USA/Canada store and the Europe store is the shipping rate. It costs more to ship to Europe, so we built a separate store to handling international shipping charges.

Payment Methods:

We accept PayPal® and Credit Cards for payment. We do not accept payment by mail. NOTE: you do not need a PayPal account and may choose to pay by credit card. Just click on the "Don't have a PayPal account? Click here" link and complete your order.

Paying with PayPal®:

PayPal® payments can be made with Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover Card®, bank transfer, bank account debit, e-check and PayPal® funds. For information on setting up an account with PayPal® click here.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Domestic Orders and International Order are handled differently.

Domestic Shipping:

Domestic Orders are shipped via USPS ground with Delivery Confirmation. To utilize Delivery Confirmation for your order the Postal Service must be able to confirm the address you supply when ordering. Please allow 4-10 days for delivery.

International Shipping:

International Orders are shipped via Airmail. Customs forms are attached to all International Orders with item lists and declared values. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Shipping and Handling Charges:

Our shipping and handling charges included the packaging (padded, bubble wrapped envelopes), shipping (USPS ground) and a PayPal transaction fee. We currently calculate shipping costs based on a flat amount method.

For US/CANADA orders, these shipping/handling fees apply:

$0.01 USD - $10.99 USD = $2.50 USD $11.00 USD - $20.99 USD = $5.00 USD $21.00 USD - $30.99 USD = $6.50 USD $31.00 USD - $40.99 USD = $8.50 USD $41.00 USD over = $10.00 USD fee

Special shipping rates may apply for orders larger than $50, depending upon the weight of your order. We will contact you via email to discuss shipping methods if your order is above $50.

For EUROPE orders, these shipping/handling fees apply:

Special shipping rates may apply for orders larger than $50 depending upon the weight of your order. We will contact you via email to discuss shipping methods if your order is above $50.

Order Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email from PayPay at the email address you provided with your order when your order is received. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 2 hours of placing your order, please contact brett@fallz.com. You will also receive an email from Brett (skyfisher@hotmail.com) when your order has been shipped.

Processing of Your Order:

Orders are processed 7 days a week. Please note that while your order may have been processed it cannot be delivered for shipping on Sundays or US Postal Holidays.

How to Change Your Order:

Orders are processed quickly, in most cases 48 hours. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by e-mail at brett@fallz.com or call Brett at 305-989-5779. If your order had not been shipped, we may be able to change it. However if the merchandise has already been shipped we are unable to modify any portion of your order. Please see Exchanges below for information on exchanging items.


Order Status:

You will be notified by email at the email address you provided with your order when your order has shipped.

Delivery Time:

Please allow 4-7 mail days for domestic orders and 7-10 business days for international orders from the time you are notified by email (from skyfisher@hotmail.com) that your order has shipped. International orders to some countries may experience delays in customs due to security measures.

Returns and Exchanges:

If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise your order qualifies as a Return (please see Returns). If you wish to send your order back for any other reason your order is considered an Exchange (please see Exchanges).

Returns:

If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise you may return your order for replacement. Please contact brett@fallz.com immediately by email to discuss the problem. DO NOT just mail the merchandise back before contacting us. We are committed to total customer satisfaction.

Exchanges:

If you wish to send your order back for any reason other than damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise your order is considered an exchange. CDs may not be exchanged unless there is a defect.

Any items you wish to exchange must be in new condition (shirts cannot have been worn/washed, pictures cannot have been hung and must not be damaged. You are responsible for return shipping charges and insurance if you select it.

Once we receive the item we will issue you a credit for the cost of the item or ship you the alternative merchandise you selected (of reasonably comparable value). If you desire to make an exchange, please contact Brett by email at brett@fallz.com.

DO NOT just mail the merchandise back before contacting us. We need to approval your exchange and verification of availability of alternative merchandise.

Delayed Orders:

Please contact brett@fallz.com by email if you do not receive your order within 10 business days. For domestic orders we can provide you with a delivery confirmation number. We will ensure you receive total satisfaction with your order.

Security:

FALLZ is sensitive to your concerns regarding the security of using your credit cards to purchase products and services through the Internet. Safeguarding your privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. PayPal uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts your data while it is being transferred over the Internet. This makes it difficult for someone to steal your credit card information.

Privacy Policy:

Your privacy is important to us and will be respected at all times. You provide specific personal information during the purchase of goods and/or services from FALLZ store. The information includes: your name, address, email address, telephone number and payment information. We use the information you provide about yourself to fulfill your order for our goods and/or services, to respond to your inquiries about your order and to notify you about the status of your order. We may disclose personal information in response to legal process or in response to a law enforcement agency’s requests. We will not sell or transfer personally identifiable information provided to us to parties outside of FALLZ store except as described above.
